<Exchange & Return Policy>

1. Due to the nature of genuine leather, slight wrinkles, minor marks, or small spots may occur. These are natural characteristics of the material and are not valid reasons for exchange or return.
2. Exchanges and returns are only accepted for items requested within 7 days of delivery.
3. Products returned without prior notice may be sent back to the customer.
4. If you wish to exchange or return an item, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving the product. We will assist you promptly.
5. Items must be returned in the same condition and packaging as when received.
6. Exchanges may take 1 to 3 weeks to process, excluding weekends and holidays. If the process takes longer, we will inform you.
7. Damage caused by mishandling during trying-on (including all leather components) is not eligible for exchange or return.
   – Minor scratches, wrinkles, or pores found on genuine leather are also not grounds for return or exchange.
8. All bags are inspected twice—once after production and once before shipping—to ensure the highest quality.
